'Assisting in rethinking a successful and growing brand, while updating online media.'
Smart City Stays (formerly Century City Letting) was a well-established brand with a strong foothold in the Century City property space. My role was to contribute to the transition by envisioning the brand’s future, refining its positioning, and modernizing its content. I played a key role in branding discussions, explored cost-effective marketing solutions, and captured a comprehensive suite of visuals to enhance their online presence. From high-end penthouses to key city locations, I planned and executed all video and photography to refresh their listings and promotional materials, ensuring Smart City Stays remained visually compelling and competitive.

03/ WHAT I LEARNT
You don’t become an expert overnight. Mastery takes practice, and hands-on experience is the best teacher.
Keep upskilling. Staying stagnant isn’t an option—continuous learning is key to staying relevant.
Equipment matters. While skill is crucial, some tools have hard limitations. Realizing that a 7D wasn’t ideal for video pushed me to upgrade and refine my approach.
Adaptability is essential. Working within an evolving brand structure required a flexible mindset and problem-solving approach.
